Delivery Terms

Orders under £200 are subject to a £12.50 delivery charge, while orders over £200 qualify for free delivery (UK mainland only). We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1:00pm on the same working day for next working day delivery, though this is not guaranteed and some deliveries may take 2–3 working days. Local delivery using Moss Electrical Transport is free to postcode areas CF, NP, SA1–SA18, SA2–SA9, and SA31. Deliveries to the Highlands, Islands of Scotland, and UK Offshore areas (AB, DD, FK, G, HS, IV, KW, KY, PA, PH) incur a £28 charge, and deliveries to Northern Ireland (BT postcodes) incur a £25 charge.
