This page covers the 80A 2-pole 30mA Type A RCD, the sensitivity and type now expected under the 18th Edition. Type A trips on the pulsating DC leakage that modern electronics, EV chargers and inverters produce, which older Type AC devices miss. Fits Wylex NM and high-integrity boards as the incoming or split-load protection.
