Hager ADB and ADC RCBOs for Hager three phase distribution boards, giving each circuit its own overcurrent and 30mA earth fault protection.
All are 1 module wide, 10kA rated and Type A, so they detect pulsating DC fault currents as well as AC, as modern electronics, LED drivers and chargers need. The ADB range is B curve for general and lighting circuits, and the ADC range is C curve for motors, compressors and other inductive loads. Ratings run from 6A to 40A.
One RCBO per circuit means a fault only trips that circuit, not the whole board.

An MCB only protects against overload and short circuit. An RCBO does that and also gives 30mA earth fault protection, like an RCD, for a single circuit. With an RCBO on every circuit, one fault does not trip the rest of the board.
Type A for most circuits. Type AC only detects AC fault currents, while Type A also detects pulsating DC from electronics. BS 7671 now limits Type AC to fixed equipment known to have no DC component. All the Hager RCBOs here are Type A.
B curve (ADB) for lighting, sockets and general domestic or commercial circuits. C curve (ADC) for loads with a high start up current, like motors, compressors and large banks of LED lighting.
ADB B curve: 6, 10, 16, 20, 32 and 40A. ADC C curve: 6, 10, 16, 20 and 32A. All are single pole, 1 module, 10kA and 30mA.
Usually, if the charger has built in 6mA DC fault detection, which most modern chargers do. Check the charger's instructions. Without it, the circuit needs a Type B RCD.
