Armeg holesaws (hole saws) for cutting clean holes in metal enclosures, back boxes, consumer units, trunking and panels, plus the arbors and pilot drills to run them.
The Armeg Premium Cobalt holesaw range is a metal hole saw running from 20mm to 152mm, with a variable pitch. The 20, 25 and 32mm sizes match standard conduit and cable gland entries. For thin sheet steel, the Armeg Sheet Steel holesaws come in 20, 25 and 32mm with a constant pitch, or as a 3 piece set. We also stock 9.5mm and 13mm hex shank drive arbors and the CHPD pilot drill.

Match the holesaw to the gland thread size. A 20mm gland needs a 20mm hole, a 25mm gland needs 25mm and a 32mm gland needs 32mm. We stock Armeg Premium Cobalt and Sheet Steel holesaws in all three sizes.
The Premium Cobalt holesaws have a variable pitch and suit general metal cutting, from 20mm up to 152mm. The Sheet Steel holesaws have a constant pitch made for thin sheet metal, like enclosures and trunking, and come in 20, 25 and 32mm or as a 3 piece set.
No, the holesaws are sold on their own. You need a drive arbor to fit the holesaw to your drill, and a pilot drill to start the hole. We stock 9.5mm and 13mm hex shank arbors and the CHPD pilot drill. Call us with your holesaw size and we will match the right arbor.
Yes. Cobalt holesaws are made for harder metals like stainless steel, so they are the right choice for steel enclosures and panels. Run the drill at a slow speed with steady pressure and use cutting fluid to keep the teeth cool and last longer.
The Premium Cobalt range goes up to 152mm, with 102, 114 and 127mm sizes below it. Large sizes can sell through, so call the branch on 01656 765 300 to check stock before you travel.
